With our open prairies, beautiful river and friendly people Saskatoon is a perfect location for alien beings. Clark says he wants to be the first mayor in North America to welcome those from outer space. Former mayor Don Atchison was asked about what he though of Clark's latest announcement. Atchison refused to comment except to say that Clark needs to stop smoking those funny smelling cigarettes. When asked about these funny smelling cigarettes Clark ran away screaming asking us were we got our information from and that the aliens have arrived. It was a very confusing day at city hall.
