Bellsbank is a quiet village in East Ayrshire where everyone knows each other but the small town is set to be demolished in late 2018, one local said "So many people who just keep to themselves and this is what we get". The plan has been called into action after a rise in illnesses caused by the Chernobyl disaster, the local MP has refused to speak about the agreement with Mr Gavin ( craigengilan estate owner).
