Katrena E. Hill of Mountville South Carolina was arrested on Halloween for allegedly giving sex out to kids instead of Candy. Hill who is in her late 30’s will be charged with 28 counts of sexual activities. 9 counts of having 10 nickel bags of marijuana. She is being held at the Newberry County Detention Center awaiting court. If found guilty she faces up to 88 years.
