After a high speed chase on 580, resulting in the fatal crash of Oakland Officer Joe McBean, 4 pounds of ectasy was found on suspect. Approximately life in prison in most states. The legal team apointed to the case informed suspect, whos name was released this week, Jordan Barnhisel, to plead guilty. The case is indeniable and there is no way to argue his involvement in the chase and possesion of drugs. However, upon furthering of the case, Jordan Barnhisel announced against his lawyers advisory to plead not guilty until his crime is properly documented. He refused to let the substance he was selling be labeled as ecstasy although it is undeniably the main ingredient. He claims he will continue to plead innocent until the substance is labeled as THIZZ.
