Heating Engineer, Martin(pictured on the left)from Galashiels has reportedly stolen a cat from a home he serviced earlier this month. When confronted the local man then went on to say "a just love cats" before officers arrested him. He is currently out on bail after being found guilty under the stealing of cats act 2k6.
