21 year old (Black male) of the name of Angel Collins has been incriminated as officials report that an individual wanted charges pressed for falsely using someone else's card for a porn site . Over $200 was used under that name and was later acknowledged by court order. Mr Collins failed to attend the hearing, so a warrant is seaking out for his arrest.
