President Trump announced during his weekly radio address that he will be resigning the Office of the President of the United States, effective December 01 2017. In a move that has stunned Congress, and with Vice President Pence's endorsement, he will be appointing Mr. Jeffrey Rice as the next President of the United States.
As of press time, Mr. Rice has not returned any calls for comment.
