Unexpectedly virginia motorists have decided to go by Virginia laws. A Local Motorist says "I see them all the time not using a signal light and cutting people off, but today everyone is doing what drivers are finally supposed to do". For the past decades drivers have failed to go the speed limit. As of now many state Troopers are deciding to back off tbe motorist as they travel interstate such as east bound or west i-64. For local city and residental areas motorist and even pedestrian s are even using "the right away ". This may be the start of setting an example for new young motorists.
