Nicolas P. Matthews, 20, of Syracuse NY reported over the weekend that his Jeep was stolen out of his garage. Nicolas is in shambles because of the fact that this Jeep was one that was gonna be going to his girlfriend when he was done fixing it. Witnesses say they saw a man dressed in all black come and pull the 1946 Jeep out of his garage after hitting Nick to the ground with a nightstick. Neighbors came to help but the robber was able to get the Jeep before anyone could intervene. Robert Newman, 20, of Syracuse witnessed the incident, “ I saw from a distance the Jeep being stolen and I didn’t want to help because I was hoping the Jeep was stolen. He was never going to finish the Jeep anyway.” Jordan Barbato also of Syracuse stated, “ I’m so happy that Jeep is gone, he never pays attention to me anymore, he’s only worried about that stupid Jeep.” If anyone has any tips on where the Jeep could be, please call the tip hotline or the local police station because as of now, Nicolas is depressed.
