Edmonds WA. is a beautiful place to live and it's about to become that much more desirable. City council has come to the conclusion that it's neighbor city Seattle WA. living costs are too high. In order to ferry more people North and out of the heart of the city, they're lowering living costs up to 50 in some places. That includes house bottom lines, rent for rentals, electrical, sewer, water, and they're even in talks of lowering internet and cable costs within the city limits
