For a period of over four years young girls and pre teens from all over inner city Baltimore have been attending practices and doing events known affectionately as the couture dolls dance and modeling group. The extracurricular group founded by Shadika Gibson and choreographed by Ke’shawn Gee started as an way to give young girls an outlet an to hone the skill of dance and modeling. That is until recently when an alleged whistleblower claims that the two women have been stealing money from parents and donations meant for the girls. Baltimore city police fraud detection agency says they will gather information thoroughly before deciding if any charges will be brought fourth. A quote from BPD spokesmen James Clark “ this is the first we’ve heard of the group the women allegedly involved or any thing of the sort it’s very early in the pending investigation once we gather more information we will be sure to share it with you all”. @Justin_Fenton Baltimore sun
