D’Asia Burgess, 19, was arrested at Old Navy after employees called the police claiming she walked around the store with no shirt on. “I asked her multiple times to leave the store and she refused,” Breanna Lockheart explains, “but she refused, so I called the police.” Authorities arrested Burgess on 1 count of public indecency and 1 count of resisting an officer. Burgess was reportedly under the influence of marijuana.
