Baltimore police have issued ablook out for a dark colored 2009-2010 Honda Accord crosstour in connection with a shooting in the Upton neighborhood of West Baltimore Saturday night that left 26 year old James Diggs suffering from a gunshot wound to the thigh area. Police say the shooting happened around 6:30 pm on the 900 block of Baker Street. Witnesses described the dark colored Honda vehicle pulling up on the victim slowly, opening fire then speeding off, a witness got a glimpse of the tags stating that it started with 1BB but wasn’t able to make out the rest.
