Monday morning, approximately 6:30 a.m. R.P.D received a call from a man claiming that the suspect, (Indira Jaya) had taken his heart and his common sense. When dispatchers ask what happened, the victim quickly explained that he was scrolling down his news feed and came across an image of the suspect and he instantly fell in love.
