A longtime resident of Bovard. Kathy Weaver was strolling the street when she heard a grunting noice that is when she saw 21 year old Seth Stangroom a resident of Bovard eating a human corpse. The human was 21 year old Steven Zyvith of Bovard. Kathy caught that in the knick of time. Steven had to be rushed to the Er to do extreme loss blood and is currently in ICU. Seth was arrested and is on 250,000 bond. His statement reads "I am sorry to Steven he's like a brother but at the time he just looked like a box of Oreos and a glass of milk".
