Midland Lee senior Kirklynd “The Kirkster” Newsom is the daughter and protege of Cameron University standout pitcher and supermodel Casee Plymell of Odessa Permian. Kirklynd was the backbone of last years lady rebels team, cranking several home runs with the lumber and using her cannon of an arm to throw girls out at the plate from way out in BFE.
