Richard Harris, 22, of Exton PA was reported by an anonymous tip illegally street racing on Route 100 northbound. The vehicle is described as a gray 2012 Subaru WRX hatchback with the license plate “KGA 9469” Harris was last seen on Route 202 on October 22nd. If you have any information on his whereabouts please contact the West Whiteland Police Department.
