A Local Fort Smith, AR man identified as 59 year old Christopher Phillip Woodruff's remains to be flow home in the AM. Woodruff, who had be swimming with friend's was attacked and pulled under by what investigators believe to be a large Bull Shark. Friends told investigators that Woodruff fought for his life, stating that the fight went on for some time with the Bull Shark also showing signs of fatigue. Harrison County Coroner Mike Page ruled the Death was not instant, but that Woodruff died from his injuries
