Joe Mascolo, who played Stefano DiMera for 30+ years on the daytime soap opera Days of our Lives, has literally rose from the ashes as only The Phoenix could, and returns to the set to resume shooting his villainous character. When questioned about his death, his only reply was, " It is GOOD to be BACK".
