Woman has abortion and sues husband for fetus support

A woman in Tucson Arizona was in court this week because after getting an abortion her husband filed for divorce. Her lawyer states that she should be given all of the comforts that a mother that had not went through the horrifying ordeal.
The ex husband's lawyer states that it is unfair for her ex husband to have to pay fetus support because she chose to have an abortion against his wishes. The women states that its her body and she has a every right to get an abortion, and that she is saddened that the ex husband wont support his fetus.
Legal experts on both sides are divided over the whole issue and have decided to leave it to congress. In a speech earlier today President Donald Trump said that he will consider the issue carefully and decide rather he wants to outlaw abortion all together, or just outlaw women and "cut out the middleman".
