JACKSONVILLE — Christopher Nolan, 24, Jacksonville, was charged Thursday with spreading fake news after a post was seen on his Facbook page, falsely stating that a popular candy was being discontinued.
Nolan was released to the custody of his mother, who promised to give him "a good talking to."
