U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Commanding General Lieutenant General Todd T. Semonite released an order declaring that any watercraft pulling someone or any watercraft not equipped with an operational trolling motor must remain in the main lake areas. The above listed vessels may only be off of main lake or in a cove while transiting to and from berthing or docking area. The order above is totally fake, but wouldn't it be nice!
