ASUR down 4.3% to 1m

Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste (ASUR) has announced that total international passenger traffic at its nine Mexican airports for January amounted to 985,078, a decline of 4.3%. Total passenger traffic for the month also fell by 4.6% to 1,512,613 in comparison with January 2009.

International passenger numbers fell by -4.6% to 908,644 at the most important airport of Cancun with all other eight airports registering total international traffic below the 35,444 passengers handled by Cozumel Airport during January.
