Perth invites F&B bids
By Doug Newhouse, 8 October 2009

Westralia Airports Corporation, the owner of Perth Airport, is seeking proposals from concessionaires interested in providing high quality food and beverage offerings at the International Terminal and its Domestic Terminal 3.

Perth Airport management says it is looking to partner with well-known and established brands that represent quality and value and have a key focus on customer service.

Over 2.63m passengers travelled through the International Terminal in the '08/'09 financial year showing solid growth of 4.2% on the '07/'08 financial year. The food and beverage opportunity within the International Terminal will be located near passenger check-in on the ground floor, targeting departing passengers.

Concessionaires interested in submitting a proposal to Perth Airport should do so by Wednesday, November 4 2009 and a copy of the RFP can be obtained by contacting Rebecca Cook, Retail Business Development Manager at rebecca.cook@wac.com.au
