By Doug Newhouse, 30 May 2007

A new E.3.5bn ($4.7bn) free port complex is to be built in Tangiers by 2010, complete with a large duty free shop, according to the Tangiers Mediterranean Special Agency (TMSA).
The Moroccan state-owned company plans to create a new port complex which will be primarily aimed at attracting container vessels, as well as a passenger terminal with capacity for 7m passengers a year.
