Milton man, John Prendergast was given a 6 month probationary period, after being found guilty at Hamilton sheriff court this week, for stealing old ladies underwear from their washing lines.
Prendergast plead guilty to all nine charges and was also issued with restraining order from a nearby elderly care home in Lambhill.
