A person who is yet unnamed is in an intense police chase entering the border of Los Santos today with multiple warrants out for him for Rape, Trafficking drugs and multiple accounts of grand theft auto. This man is currently still on the run as we speak and is very dangerous and delusional and believed to be on multiple drugs while driving under the influence.
