Most states are now 21, but others are 19, 20 or 22, while others are still 18, these new ages will mark the age for voting, smoking, drinking, gambling, lottery, renting a car, leave school/home, joining the military, entering a casino etc.
Hawaii, Alaska and Guam: Age 18 (17 and under are still minors)
Deleware, New Mexico, Arizona, Nebraska, Alabama and Texas: Age 19 (18 and under are still minors)
Georgia, Kansas, Louisiana and Vermont: Age 20 (19 and under are still minors)
Most States: Age 21 (20 and under are still minors)
Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, Kentucky and Tennessee: Age 22 (21 and under are still minors)
