Mr. Boyer was arested for sexual contact with a 13 year old over this previous summer. The contact between the two was going on from September through October. When Steven was arrested he said “ I loved every minute of that pussy” and also said “this is worth the jail time”. Mr Boyer is expected to attend court on November 10th in the town of hannibal court
