Unidentified remains of male found in Chilton County. The body was located by Officer Chris Whittle, while on a suspicious activity call just off of County Road 83 near Lomax. The remains where located in a shallow crude grave on Halloween night. It's an ongoing investigation with few leads. Chilton County Deputies have a BOLO for prime suspect Richard Brandon Smith. Smith is approximately 6'1" tall and weighs 230 Lbs. Smith is know for violence and is currently being considered dangerous. Please contact Chilton County Sherrifs department with any details
