Early October 31 around 4:30 p.m the Shiloh police department got a phone call saying gun shots have been fired. Police and major squad forces rushed to the 1400 block of Gaty when 23 year old Casey Hilling was lying there where he was pronounced dead. Police say they robbery was caused because the 2 where arguing over a Popeye's biscuit and a packet of honey for the biscuits. Bnd.news
