Suspect was spotted by multiple witnesses as the driver in a hit & run accident that left three people injured. Two people including a seven year old girl are in the intensive care unit of St. Davids hospital. The third victim is in stable condition & did not receive any life threatening injuries. The suspect allegedly hit the victims car head on while making an illegal turn & running a red light at the intersection of Parmer & Dessau at approximately 10pm tonight. After initial investigation by the APD the suspect has been identified as Teresa Turner a North Austin resident. if any one had information on her whereabouts please notify the APD.
