Officer Mary Ridge was driving South down Victory Dr. Saturday night when she noticed a female pedestrian was on the side of the road stripping down to her underwear in 70 degree weather. Officer Ridge then proceeds to turn on her sirans as she was pulling over to talk to the victim. As officer Ridge got out of her vehicle to approch the victim she then realizes that she knows the victim personally. Officer Ridge called the victim by name who is 23 year old Breanna Jenkins. As officer Ridge questions Breanna Jenkins, she starts to notice Breanna wasn't in her right mind. Immediately everything went from calm to disaster in a matter of seconds. Breanna started to scream at officer Ridge as she was walking towards officer Ridge's vehicle. That's when things really got out of hand. 23 year old Breanna Jenkins then decides to jump on top of Officer Ridge's vehicle while pulling her underwear down and proceeds to urinate on the vehicle. Officer Ridge then calls dispatch for back up. That's when Breanna jumps from the top of vehicle on to the ground, then pulls a knife out of nowhere and threats to stab officer Ridge, officer Ridge explains.
