Wilkinsburg residents announce "Purge" to happen around Halloween

Wilkinsburg have told newscasters and local authorities that they will be attempting to "Purge" thier youth of violence. In order to do this, they said that the young adolescents residing in the town are going to participate in a game called "Fathead". One youth told us that Fathead is similar to a warning- if you hear this, that means that someone is around, potentially trying to wound , or even kill, local residents. We strongly encourage folks to stay indoors, because the authorities said that they are not permitted to interfere.
