Rhyanon McNab (Annie) was arrested by Kenosha police department, October 26, 2017 at approximately 9:00pm for Continuously slamming A victim's head (who's name has not been release at this time) on the concrete while repeatedly screaming at the top of her lungs,
"B**CH! WHO ASS YOU GONE BEAT?" It is still unclear what led up to this vicious altercation. Witnesses has been took into custody for questioning. The victim is suffering brain damage. Rhyanon shows no remorse. She refuses to cooperate when asked what happened she calmly responds saying, "I have work on the morning." We are seeing some severe mental illness with this case. Suspect has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder/hypo mania, depression, PTSD, ODD, and anxiety. As a juvenile dilenquent this was normal for Mcnab. This may be a hypo mania episode.
