Andrew Vercetti, some might think he's a fine young man, His peers tell us differently. "He's cool, it's just (Long Pause) He's A Takuache". ("Takuache" often used to define a person with a dropped truck on stock wheels.) Andrew has been spotted at multiple meets, Houstons own Slab Sunday, and a local meet of trucks every Thursday in North Houston. He was seen speeding going down little york road. When HPD attempted to stop him, he simply stepped on the gas, while running from cops he screamed "No Pasa Nada cuuuh" It appears he was smoking during the chase. When finally he pulled over, cops then escorted him out the truck, after a search of the truck they found multiple women in the truck, each saying that Andrew was wildin. The teen is set on a 5,000 bond and Is currently awaiting trial.
