Kankakee sheriff's police have arrested a man believed to be responsible for several acts of public indecency in the City of Kankakee since late August.
According to a court document, Elijah Marquez, of Kankakee, was charged with attempted booty snatch to a male police officer, two counts of being ugly and three counts of harassing people to give him a dab.
All but the attempted booty snatch to a male police officer charges are misdemeanors and are still being investigated.
