We have lost over 53 of our employees over the last few weeks to other coal companies. Even though we are paying more we are still losing our coal miners. The reason being is during the coal market drop the last few years we treated our employees like crap. Shifting them from pillar to post, hiring and firing like we knew what we were doing. Not too mention all the lawsuits from employee discrimination. With that alone we have paid out over 26 million in restitution.and with that being said we can not go on any longer. Sorry for the inconvenience. We started doing buisness. In gilbert In 2014 when we bought a very successful coal company that had been in buisness for 28 years. It only took us 3 to destroy it with our ignorance.
