Saturday night at 11 p.m. Porche Johnson was pulled over on University Avenue. Reason for traffic stop mr. Johnson was going 15 miles over the speed limit. When officer Wicklund approach the vehicle mr. Johnson seem to be very jumpy. Officer Wicklund then signaled mr. Johnson to raise down his window. Mr. Johnson cooperated when he let down the window he was reaching for something and officer Wicklund ask mr. Johnson to put his hands where he can see them. He then asked mr. Johnson to step out of the car mr. Johnson wreaked of alcohol very heavily. Also there was a strong smell of what seemed to be marijuana. Three other squad cars pulled up as they begin to search the vehicle mr. Johnson was Seated on the sidewalk with handcuffs on. Officers then ask mr. Johnson did he know anything about a 38 caliber Chrome handgun under the driver seat of the vehicle. Mr. Johnson stated that he doesn't know where it came from maybe it was in the car when he bought it because the car was purchased just that morning.
