Police say on September 20, 2017 in the 1600 block of N. 9th Street a hit and run involving a white Ford F150 (with tool box) and a 5 year old autistic boy on a bicycle. Police believe the suspect is a black male, in his mid to late 30's, receiving hair line, believed to continue North on 9th Street.
The boy is in critical condition at Riley Children's Hospital.
