The Kroger Co. has decided to close all of their Kroger Co. branded Convenient store locations by December 31st 2017 due to the complications of competing with Quik Trip Inc. This includes all Kroger Co. branded stores currently in the United States. It is now being said that Quik Trip plans on acquiring all of the current Kroger Co. locations and giving them to Yesway branded convenient stores.
