September 1st of 2017 early a.m. around 3 a.m. Officer Jan Rocsin Spotum was called to the 400 block of S.Penn Avenue in Minneapolis. Neighbors claimed to see suspicious activity around 2:45 a.m. but thought nothing of it. Around 3 a.m. just minutes after shots were fired. Neighbors seen 3 suspects fleeing down Penn Avenue South towards Broadway.
1 Body was found lying in a Parking lot. Officers on scene said the lying body was between the ages of 17-22 , stood about 5 ft 4 inches Dark Male. The other male fleed the scene which was assumed to be the males friend. That male was also wounded but is not dead. No Suspects has been Arrested.
