Local teen Jacob McHenrey has been arrested in possession on 54 stamp bags marked "The J0ker". He and 2 others were stopped when they failed to signal a turn, a quick sweep of the car revealed small amounts of marijuana and paraphernalia. His bond is set at $15,000 and his preliminary hearing will be held October 24th.
